Pilot remuneration
$100 minimum.
Shared upside.
For the first pilot, each teacher starts with a minimum payment of $100 if the event proceeds. Teacher payments then increase as ticket sales connected with the workshop grow. The final revenue-share method will be confirmed before anyone makes a final commitment.
