Morning program · 8am-11am

Calm + Create: Make Your Own Aroma Dough

A hands-on sensory workshop where kids + adults create their own aroma dough while exploring how touch, scent + connection can help us pause during overwhelming moments.

Families will mix, knead and personalise their dough together, choosing from child-safe, pre-diluted scent options and noticing how different sensory experiences make their bodies feel.

Children will leave feeling proud of what they created, while adults take away a simple co-regulation activity they can use at home.
